An Overview of the New Directions Group

An overview… was set up as a direct response to the ever changing training needs of organisations across the UK. Our business has been in operation since 1999 and is part of the New Directions group of companies. Since that time we have worked with over 1,000 companies and public sector bodies across England and Wales to deliver business services solutions. From training to recruitment, from processing payroll to facilitating criminal record checks, our team has evolved to deliver up-to-the-minute business solutions for every kind of sector.

Our award winning organisation works to respond to the very real needs of the clients, candidates and customers we work to support. Our teams are based across England and Wales – Aberystwyth, Bristol, Brynmawr, Cardiff, Cross Hands, Swansea, Wirral and Wrexham.

Our Training team was established as a direct response from the communities we work within to support. From bespoke industry-related courses through to soft skills that help to enhance both individuals and businesses and what they offer to their own stakeholders.

A move to online…

The online element of our delivery encapsulates what our clients feed back to us time and time again ‘quality, but at a competitive price’. Our team has developed a series of certificated online courses to ensure that organisations and individuals can gain access to the most appropriate training for their sector at a time and cost convenient to them. The beauty of our online offer beyond that of the cost is its accessibility. Unlike the conventional classroom route allows students the freedom to access courses at any time, practically in any location.

In 2016 our organisation became a supporter of the anti-bullying alliance. The charity is a collaboration of a number of organisations that work to ‘stop bullying and create safer environments on which young people can live, grow, learn and play. Read more about their work here…
